There may be differences and variations in the causes of autism, but regardless of the reasons, the main pathology of autism lies in the brain.
The disorders (pathologies) that occur in autism can be divided into two parts;
• Prefrontal
• Intracranial
It is understood that the prefrontal factors are the initiators, triggers, and facilitators for the pathological changes determined in the brain.
In autism, it has been shown and proven through numerous scientific studies that there are significant pathological changes and disorders in the brain, including other cells that play a key role in regulating the very important functions of nerve cells and the nerve cells present in the brain.
In summary, in the medical approach to autism, the aim should be to stop/repair these disorders (pathological changes) identified in the front and within the brain, and this should be achieved.
