Sizden Gelenler – From You

DENIZ K.

Hello,

Regarding our intestinal issues:

We no longer have straining problems; he’s having bowel movements without pain.

He has started passing gas with sound (I thought this was a good sign).

We are not using any laxatives or similar products anymore; he is doing it on his own and very comfortably—most of the time I don’t even notice.

His gas used to smell incredibly bad, but now it generally smells normal (I interpreted this as part of the healing process since we are still following the recommendations—so I believe it will get even better).

His stool also doesn’t smell as bad as before. It used to smell like chemicals, but now it smells normal and much less unpleasant.

About his eating:

Oral feeding used to be around 25%; now it has increased both in variety and amount to about 70%.

Unexplained stress, irritability, and laughing to himself have stopped.

Self-harming behaviors have stopped. He is happier, calmer, and more aware.

Eye contact is better. Sometimes he sits and looks into my eyes, as if trying to tell me something—even though we don’t understand.

We are progressing slowly but steadily, adding small improvements each time.

He learned a game his father played a few times; he goes to his father and completes the 4-step sequence on his own.

He doesn’t point, but he communicates what he wants.

He says “anne em” (pacifier) sometimes when sleepy.

I say “anne cici … cici” while letting him touch my cheek affectionately. The other day he said “anne cici” and repeated it 3–4 times with joy.

He plays more with his older brother. He is more interested in peers, cats, dogs, etc. when outside.

He is curious about everything—inside the house or outside—he goes and touches things now.

He is not afraid of strangers but is aware of who is unfamiliar.

When his brother hugs me, he pushes him gently away and hugs me himself.

And many things like this.

His awareness has opened, his perception has increased.

He has calmed down, but he hasn’t withdrawn—on the contrary, he participates with more curiosity.

Please send our greetings.

“We haven’t taken a vacation for 13 years.

We arranged our entire life by taking […] into account.

In these 13 years, what was difficult was not […]. My son’s condition never felt difficult to me.

During these years, I met many educators, therapists, and medical doctors — dozens of them.

We also met some people who showed care, ethics, and the ability to be flexible according to the situation.

May they exist.

You, especially, never withhold your ‘ethical and humane’ side from any of your patients.

This is the impression you have left on me.

When we moved from Ankara to Bodrum, I was very, very upset thinking that we would no longer be able to continue the follow-up of […].

Medical Microbiology, Medical Genetics…

You have even worked on Sociology.

I wanted to say, ‘There is goodness in everything.’ Thankfully, we found you.

I couldn’t hold myself back and wrote at length. Stay well.”

As families of all children with autism, our eyes and ears are on the opinions of valuable experts like you.

Hello, our doctor truly loves children. He examined […] for 3 hours, gave us recommendations, and every day […] amazes us — mashallah, developing beautifully. We are following the recommendations exactly.

BILGE K.
I’ve been using the doctor’s recommendations intermittently for 3 years, and from the very first day we started using them for my son, we noticed a huge difference. He’s about to turn 11 now, and thankfully, he started 5th grade. He can express himself comfortably, much better than in the lower grades. His immune system has improved significantly, and I’m very pleased with the results. I also use the recommendations for my other children, and they’re very helpful for academic success as well.

I’m truly grateful we met the doctor and that we’ve been using these recommendations. Anyone who has children with similar challenges shouldn’t hesitate to try them.

Regarding memory issues, we also use the doctor’s other suggestions intermittently. What I’m trying to say is that we’ve really benefited from them and continue to do so. I’m very thankful to the doctor. I’m so glad we met, and I’m thankful he introduced us to these recommendations.

If you could see the progress in my child, you’d understand exactly what I mean. His memory has improved greatly, his visual skills have developed very well, and his performance in math has increased significantly. Now we can sit and study together, do homework together something we couldn’t do before. He used to be a child who couldn’t even sit still. Now, he can easily express himself and explain what he wants. We’ve even reached the point where he can go to the store by himself.

Once again, many thanks to the doctor and his team.

E. A. 2

Things are going well.

In the mornings, he dresses himself, and when he’s ready, he says “I’m ready” now.

When he doesn’t want something, he says “No,” like “Let’s go home,” etc.

He can say similar words or even the exact word. He has started to say two words together—not very often, but it’s encouraging for us as a start.

GULCAN A.

Doctor, in terms of speech, she now uses full, clear single-word verbs. She has started to recognize us, and her desire to play games has increased. Her fixations have decreased, and she no longer insists on things as she used to.

She feels shy when using the toilet and doesn’t let anyone in with her.

Her sleep has improved; she no longer wakes up at night and sleeps comfortably. However, teeth grinding still hasn’t gone away.

She clearly shows jealousy towards her sibling and doesn’t like to share her belongings.

In the past, she wouldn’t object to anything, but now she’s started to show more resistance. May God bless you, doctor.

SONGUL S.

Although we followed a diet with my son, who was diagnosed with atypical autism, for two years, we still had problems such as frequent bowel movements, parasites, and inability to gain weight.

With the tests our doctor requested, we found out that he had leaky gut and identified the foods he was intolerant to. We received recommendations accordingly.

With our doctor’s support, we created a roadmap. We switched to a less strict diet compared to what we used to follow and supported it with supplements.

After one year, his gut permeability reduced to almost none. He gained weight, his digestion and sleep improved.

His speech, conversation, perception, and eye contact also improved significantly. He reached a level where the autism diagnosis is almost no longer applicable.

Although we still face occasional challenges in forming friendships, I believe we will overcome that in time as well.

This is a very long and demanding journey, but as we witness the progress, we realize that all the effort has been worth it.

We are very grateful to our doctor.

MELDA B.

Good evening, Doctor.
I have been following your recommendations for my daughter for about two months now. Today, she has just turned … years old.

Her speech has improved significantly. She used to have frequent eye stares, and I had many EEG tests done—thankfully, nothing concerning was found.

During this period, whenever we went to the park, she wanted to get off the swing immediately. Now, she is gradually allowing herself to swing. This change started about two weeks later.

I had mentioned to you that there was a kind of stagnation. She used to love jumping on the couch, but during that time, she stopped jumping and became afraid of jumping from higher places. So, I made sure to involve her in activities that encouraged jumping every day. I encouraged her to jump, to throw herself onto the bed, all to stimulate her vagus nerve.

Now she’s back to jumping like before.

Her speech is not excellent compared to her peers, but it has improved a lot. She tries to explain things, and that previous state of withdrawal has decreased.

I truly believe that your advice has had a very positive impact throughout this process, and I will continue following it without interruption.

I just wanted to share an update with you about her progress.
With respect and appreciation, Doctor.

AYLIN S.

When we first started with you:

 My son was nonverbal
 He used inappropriate/random words
 He spoke to himself
 He had immediate echolalia
His perception and awareness were very limited
He was extremely selective with food and wouldn’t eat everything
He had sleep disturbances—either didn’t sleep at night or woke up frequently
He had constant crying episodes and high tension
He had no sense of fear—he would run in front of cars and wasn’t aware of anything around him

And at the end of the 8th month, here’s what changed:

 He started speaking
He uses 3-5 word sentences appropriately
He no longer talks to himself; now there is real conversation
Echolalia is gone because he expresses his needs through speech
His perception is now fully open, on par with peers his age
Food selectivity is gone—he eats everything according to his diet
His sleep is very well regulated—he sleeps at 10:30 p.m. and wakes up at 8:00 a.m.
No more crying fits, because now he can express himself
And best of all—he has developed a sense of fear. When a car approaches, he steps aside immediately, and he won’t walk in front of a swing

In short, we’ve made incredible progress in just 8 months.
Thank you so much, doctor. May God reward you. We’re truly grateful to have you.

KUBRA K.

First and foremost, when we initially started, my son had a serious case of Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder. By the end of the 6-month period, I clearly saw significant improvements.

I observed an increase in his attention span. Although he hasn’t started speaking yet, there have been noticeable improvements in vocal sounds and more controlled behavior in basic movements. The supplements provided helped regulate his digestive system. We know the road ahead is long, but we are committed to continuing tirelessly and without giving up.

Additionally, being able to stay in constant communication with the doctor throughout the process has been incredibly valuable for us.

YESIM O.

We’ve been following the recommendations for about a month now, and we’re seeing significant improvement in our son, especially regarding anxiety.

The same goes for his sleep—he falls asleep more easily now. He is a bit calmer.

There has also been some positive progress, albeit small for now, in terms of socialization.

KUBRA T.
I wanted to send this message to express my heartfelt gratitude.
My daughter has been under your care for a year now, and we’ve witnessed so many positive changes that I felt compelled to share them with you.
Her sleep pattern has improved, her speech abilities have developed significantly, her attention span and awareness have increased, and academically, thank God, she is doing well. Her behavioral problems have almost disappeared.
Her toilet habits have become regular, her mood disorders have resolved, and with your glutathione treatment, we’ve also seen great improvements in her social interactions. She has become a much calmer child.
I truly believe that she will continue to get even better under your care. May God bless you.

E. A. 1

He has started making longer eye contact. His picky eating habits have decreased; he no longer wants to eat carbohydrates. When eating minced meat pide, he only eats the meat and not the dough. He brings black pepper and turmeric himself when he wants them.

He sleeps more comfortably in the evenings.

He uses 5–6 words, though not consistently.

He has started to understand what is being said to him.

When asked, he finds the places for the fork and spoon by himself.

There are no more toilet problems.

He doesn’t always choose only his mother or only his father he adjusts depending on where he’s going. He prefers to go to school with his mother and attend some trainings with his father.

ELIF K.

Thank you so much, Dear Doctor

May our Lord make you a means for our child’s healing, God willing

May Allah be pleased with you

We keep you in our prayers

DUYGU T.

Things have been going well, Doctor. His perception has noticeably improved, and his vocabulary has expanded.

Thank God, he’s in better health now your gut healing protocol really helped a lot.

Wishing you a blessed and happy Eid, Doctor.

Thank you for everything. May God always keep you with us. With respect.

NESLİSAH T.S.

Hello Doctor,

Before starting your follow up, he was very hyperactive and had lost his speech. After starting to use the products, we began to see changes he has calmed down.

He is now playing interactive games. His therapist also mentioned that there has been noticeable progress.

He has started to form sentences. He asks meaningful questions. For example, he asks “What is this?” like “This is a hedgehog” and gives answers such as “green pencil,” “apple tree.”

♥ Thank you very much Doctor!

ZEYNEP K.

I have a seven year old daughter. Our journey, which began when she was 18 months old, is still ongoing…

We have continued the treatment process with many doctors who, unfortunately, were not specialized in this field and struggled to find a solution for her autism-related symptoms and accompanying chronic constipation.

Sadly, no definitive solution was found, and the cause of her chronic constipation remained unresolved.

We’ve been under the care of Dr. Recep Keşli for the past month and a half.

My daughter, who used to constantly suffer from throat and middle ear infections and couldn’t stay off antibiotics, has not been sick for the past 1.5 months. She has become calmer and happier.

We no longer witness her anger outbursts.

And most importantly, our daughter who was unable to have a bowel movement without support and had to rely on medication has now started to defecate on her own without any aid.

I am deeply grateful to Dr. Recep Keşli, who carefully and meticulously planned every step of the treatment from the very beginning, mapped out our daughter’s microbiome, explained everything with its causes and effects, and has been progressing with confident steps.

On the fourth day after starting the recommendations, Bilge had her first spontaneous bowel movement…

We were overwhelmed with surprise and happiness.

I am truly grateful.

Best regards and respect.

GULCAN A.

Thank you, doctor.

Since we started following your recommendations, we haven’t seen anything negative.

Her eye contact has increased she looks at us and smiles.

She hugs us now, which she never used to do before. She wasn’t even aware of us back then.

Her stool has also changed it used to be black, liquid, and excessive. Now, its color and consistency are normal.

RAZIYE O.

After starting to use your recommendations, even just a few days in (early stage), both her teacher and I observed that she began to ask more logical questions and was able to have a conversation without constantly talking nonsense. While she still doesn’t speak in long sentences, at least now after saying “hi, how are you?” she continues with relevant questions. For example, before she used to ask completely unrelated things like “where are the dogs?” or “are you going to …?” But now, she asks things like “where are you coming from?”, “where are you going?”, “why did you come here?”, or “would you like some tea?” Although she still gets confused occasionally, these are the differences we’ve noticed.

Previously, she absolutely didn’t want to participate in class and would have severe tantrums those have significantly decreased.
Both my husband, her teacher, and I believe that it has helped with her emotional regulation. Hopefully, it will continue to improve (though it’s still early).

GUL K.

We stopped using the pacifier three weeks ago, after giving up the bottle.

We’ve been following your recommendations for four months now, and we’re still continuing with them.

Everything has been going well during this time.

I can say that we are no longer experiencing any signs of pica.

We’ve mostly overcome our fear of the hairdryer we’re now able to dry our hair with a warm fan in a controlled way.

We’re also overcoming our fear of the mixer. My child has started to help me with mixing things, or at least now has some tolerance for it.

Finally, the teacher used a hair clipper in class, and for the first time, even though it was a bit challenging, we managed to get a haircut while staying awake.

CEREN S.

After our consultation and the supplements we started using, my son who has autism has shown a significant improvement in his symptoms.

He has started making meaningful and sustained eye contact.

His ability to follow instructions has improved.

His attention span has increased.

He has begun to vocalize more and even started producing meaningful words.

His involuntary movements have disappeared.

Best of all, he has started playing with his older brother and his brother’s friends.

Special education is very beneficial, but supporting it metabolically is incredibly important. We’ve experienced this firsthand.

I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you.

Hopefully, we’ll see even more positive developments in the future, and I will be sure to share them with you.

DILEK R.

Hello Doctor,

After a 6 month follow-up, I wanted to share the improvements we’ve seen in my daughter.

She used to have a strong hair-tying tic she would tie her hair so tightly that it started falling out. She couldn’t focus on anything else and would constantly ask to have her hair tied tightly. Thankfully, that obsession is gone now.

She used to have 7 meltdowns a day, each lasting 30 to 40 minutes.
Now, she only has 1 or 2 a day, and they are much more controlled and last only about 3 minutes.

Her attention span has improved.
She can now stay engaged in an activity for a long time.
She’s also able to learn things on her own, which we are very grateful for.

For example, she figured out how to open the car window and turn on the car light by herself we were so surprised when we saw it!

Thank you again so much.

For the past week, she has been very cooperative and I’m so happy I hope it continues this way.

She used to have such intense meltdowns that she would hurt herself and us. She couldn’t even go to school.
Thankfully, those intense episodes are gone now, and she has started school again.

AYLIN S.

Doctor, you are truly an amazing doctor.

My daughter showed progress in the first two months, but then suddenly regressed. I got scared, but I kept going.

(During that time, she had an infection and we had to use antibiotics, so we had to pause the use of the products. After that, we started progressing again.)

If you saw her now, you wouldn’t believe she’s the same child there’s no comparison between the old videos and how she is now. She’s doing so well, and her communication has improved a lot.

She’s almost caught up with her peers.

And all of this happened in just 5 months.

HALIL D

Hello Doctor,

When our daughter was 2 years old, we took her to two different child psychiatrists because she wasn’t following commands, wasn’t speaking meaningfully, and was displaying hand-flapping movements. They said she had mild autism and needed special education.

At that time, we started researching autism and bought various books.

We learned that it could be related to nutrition and immediately stopped giving her gluten.

Meanwhile, we were searching for a doctor, and during our research on social media, we came across you. You also observed our daughter.

We used the supplements you recommended.

We changed her diet according to the advice and suggestions from your dietitian.

Her constipation and foul-smelling stools improved.

She began to follow some commands.

After starting the main supplement, we saw rapid progress within two months.

Her perception opened up.

She began to follow more commands.

Her imitation skills improved.

She started making meaningful sounds and began expressing some of her needs with words.

Her attention span increased. Her special education teacher at school also said that for the past three months, our daughter had plateaued, but then suddenly showed great improvement.

We are pleased with our daughter’s development.

Thank you very much to you and your team.

ZEHRA HIFA H.

1- The most unbelievable and happy thing is that …….’s recurrent ear infection has not recurred for 3 months. Whenever we went to the doctor, even if he had no complaints, they said his ear was red/watery, there was an infection. Yesterday the doctor said there was nothing in his ear. Alhamdulillah.
2- We were in a constant constipation/diarrhea cycle. Diarrhea was causing eczema. That is gone.
3- …… communicates much more meaningfully, his word and sentence output has increased a lot.
4- There is a decrease in repetitive movements. I can say that his communicative demands have been replaced.
5- He used to play alone in his room. Now he is always with me and wants to do things together.
6- We still have a long way to go, but we see a serious improvement in the process.

MUAZZEZ G.

Hello Doctor, I hope you are doing well, InshaAllah. By the way, I am ……’s mother.

Since we started applying your advice, there have been incredible changes in …… and I wanted to share this. In fact, yesterday I had such emotional moments that I believe every child with autism should be reached. I have a friend in the institution I work at, whose nephew has autism, and today I recommended it to him. I told him, “Definitely meet doctor Recep.”

…… has become so calm that he can sit with us at the table during meals. His communication is stronger, and he responds to commands more quickly. He can set up games by himself from the toy cabinet. His obsessive behaviors have decreased to the point where we can say they are almost nonexistent. I hope that you can reach many more of our children. May Allah protect you.

Once again, may Allah be pleased with you and with those who made it possible for us to meet you.

You have made beautiful touches in ……’s life.

LEYLA S.

A great thank you message to my dear Doctor Recep Keşli, and my esteemed Doctor who made me write these words today, I am grateful to you. Until two months ago, we were living a life that had turned into hell in a short time.

Today, while looking at my son, his smile has returned, my son’s shouting has stopped, my son’s self-harm has stopped, my son’s sleepless nights have stopped, my son’s unhappiness has stopped, your magic wand has touched us, we are experiencing a miracle thanks to you. I am a mother, and I sincerely say to you, may God bless you. I have witnessed these beauties in our treatment. I believe that my son will be very, very good. I am grateful for your existence, with my respect and love, ……..’s Mother.

IPEK EU

Good morning. We are now having mutual conversations (he listens to me, eye contact has increased a lot, and he waits and responds), alongside this, our echolalia has significantly decreased. Our vocabulary has also increased a lot, we have started forming sentences, and we are constructing purposeful sentences.

AYBEN D.

Hello, this is a message from ……..’s class teacher, I forwarded it directly to you as well.

Today, we have started having one-on-one dialogues with ……..

While I was cutting the cardboard, he asked, “What are you doing?” I answered.

He said, “Okay.” When I said we would line up while going downstairs, he asked, “Where are we going?” Again, we had a conversation. I was quite happy and wanted to share it with you.

AYBEN D2

Now I am writing the developments.

Participation in activities at school, adaptation, openness to experience, and significant improvement in fine and gross motor skills are observed.

He has become more open to communication with his friends.

A child who never attended chess classes has started attending chess classes, for example. His participation in music lessons is quite good, and the same goes for physical education classes.

In such a short time, we are seeing meaningful progress in this sense, but sibling jealousy continues.

I will continue to write as developments occur. Have a good evening .

DUYGU T1

…… has become a child who tries to say more words, is calmer, and listens to instructions.

His teachers have also observed an increase in attention and compliance in the classroom.

Additionally, his desire to play games with his twin has increased, and he has become a more harmonious child.

Slowly, his willingness to speak and efforts to express himself have also increased.

We are doing quite well, his perception has opened up a lot, he follows instructions excellently, he has learned new words, and he sings songs by himself.

DUYGU T2

………. I wanted to consult with you about something.

What would be your suggestion, Doctor?

By the way, the medications are going quite well.

His perception has opened up a lot, there is an increase in words, he listens to instructions, and he follows commands.

When he doesn’t want something, he says, “I don’t want it.”

DUYGU T3

It’s been 1.5 years since we started working with you, and we’ve seen incredible progress.

Her perception is amazing now she understands everything and follows all instructions.

She’s also using many more expressive words to communicate.

ARZU T.
Hello,
How are you?
There are good improvements in …….
Thank you very much.
The Child Psychiatry ……. said he looked good.
Also, ……. loves eating shrimp and grapefruit a lot. Is there any problem with him eating these?

MERVE K.

We have started the medications. As of now, regarding his development, he has become more conscious. When we say “hot,” he no longer approaches it. He follows instructions a little, and walking on tiptoe has almost ended. He has learned to jump. When interacting, he forms 2-3 word sentences, he tries more, but it cannot be said that he fully speaks yet.

We are using supplements;

  • He participates in tabletop activities in special education for 40 minutes without getting up.
  • The number of words has increased significantly.
  • Covering his ears has decreased. He only does it when crying, and not every time.
  • He follows instructions much more.
  • Like “bring the phone” or “turn off the lights.”
  • The speech therapist said he has improved a lot in the so-called pretend play style.
  • In the last session, the speech therapist did a group session, and Ahmet interacted well with a child showing more severe autism symptoms. When the other child cried loudly, he told him, “Don’t cry,” and then continued playing.
  • He constantly follows his older brothers, which was not the case before. He watches what they do and where they go all the time.
  • He had never picked out and tried to wear clothes before. Two days ago, he tried to wear a T-shirt that his older brother liked.
  • During yesterday’s Galatasaray championship parade, he used to be afraid of loud noises, but he clapped and joined in with the music. He loved the torches and tried to get one. Last year, he had tensed up during the championship celebration and participated in nothing.

………’S DEVELOPMENTS

  • Increase in eye contact
  • Responds 9 out of 10 times when called
  • Can match objects
  • Points to things when their names are said
  • Can follow simple instructions (close and open the door, turn off the light)
  • Can do scribble drawings
  • Eats his own food
  • Knows animals and their sounds, and imitates them
  • Knows colors and matches them
  • Does not have active speech, but his word count has increased significantly (can form 2-3 word sentences)
  • Very active, and although not for long, has learned to ride a scooter
  • Has learned to wait (though there are occasional protests)
  • Last time we went to the play area, the men and children were jumping and throwing basketballs. He didn’t want to enter while they were there. But once they left, he went in, jumped, and threw the ball. For the first time, he threw a ball, and it was a big basketball.
  • Can enter play areas alone
  • He used to avoid tube slides, now he slides down them
  • Used to bite his hand when angry, but hasn’t done so for a long time
  • Understands our emotions and reacts accordingly (When I say “angry mom,” he says “no, happy mom, happy mom.” When I cry, he kisses me and says “happy mom.”)
  • Used to be unable to open doors, now he opens all doors
  • Although not very active, he creates his own games
  • Personal care is easier (bathing and nail cutting)
  • Didn’t cry at all during his last haircut
  • Recognizes and points out familiar places and signs while in the car (….., ……, …..)
  • Has learned professions and days at school. He generalizes professions (calls anyone in a coat a doctor, calls someone with a cassette a technician)
  • Knows and sings many songs. Sometimes when he stops at a point, he continues singing from there
  • Used to prefer eating gluten-heavy foods, but now also eats more vegetables, nuts, and fruits
  • Identifies and names facial features (eyes, nose, mouth, ears – when he is in the mood)
  • Walking on tiptoes has completely stopped for a long time
  • Engages with his older brothers and wrestles with them
  • Learning is fast, perception is highly advanced
  • Tries very hard to express himself, and when he sees that we understand him, he becomes very happy
  • Thank you for everything.

Best regards.

NURAY K.

……’s eye contact has increased, he is trying to speak, his perception is open, he follows instructions well, and his teachers say he learns easily and does not forget what he learns.

KUBRA T.

Hello, Doctor, let me tell you about the developments in my daughter.

We started your treatment about 4 months ago. During this process, there has been a significant increase in my daughter’s perception and attention; she has become a calmer child with less stress and is happier.

Her crying without reason has decreased, and her perception has opened up.

Especially in the first two months of treatment, we experienced much, much faster progress. We are still continuing the treatment.

My daughter is in a much, much better condition compared to before the treatment, thank God.

She was using ……. before the treatment, and I stopped it just before starting your treatment.
Even though I did not use ……, we have reached a very good condition. Hopefully, I believe she will get even better. May God bless you Doctor.

ZARİF K1

On August 3rd, we received an evaluation from our Doctor Recep and your institution. Doctor Recep and the dietitian doctor assessed and provided us with recommendations and supplements.

After that, we started following the path with the supplements recommended by Doctor Recep and the advice from the other doctor.

During this one-month period, we have observed very positive developments and progress in ……

There is an increase in following commands and eye contact, and a decrease in temper tantrums.

Acceptance and tasting of different types and varieties of food have started to occur.

His teacher also gave us positive feedback in this regard, noticing the changes compared to before.

Apart from these, the most significant development we observed is that during this process, our child’s temper tantrums have decreased, and he has become happier and more joyful.
Everyone who knows …… also mentions this.

Moreover, we are trying to follow the recommendations provided by our Doctor during the evaluation, and we are seeing its great convenience and positive effects, both for ……. and for us.

Once again, we sincerely thank Doctor Recep and all the esteemed doctors in your institution for everything.

ZARIF K2

Dear Doctor, good day,

The Zonulin* result for ….. has come out.

We had the test done after following your six month recommendations.

Thankfully, we haven’t had any issues with diarrhea or constipation for a long time.

Thank you so much, doctor it’s all thanks to you.

May God bless you.

Thankfully, …..’s overall condition has also improved recently.

Problematic behaviors have decreased.

Participation in education and following instructions have also gotten much better.

SEDA O.

Good day, Doctor Recep.

His social interaction has increased a lot, Doctor. Now he initiates communication himself, asks how others are doing, plays with children, and leads them.
His language development has progressed. In the last two weeks, his sensitivity and awareness of his surroundings have increased. His ability to express emotions has developed; he expresses himself better than before.

He can make up stories on his own and tells them to us.

He plays with his sibling, thank God, Doctor.

……’s socialization has increased a lot.

Thank God, he plays with his friends at school.

He initiates communication himself, asks how others are doing.

Now he sets up games himself, calls his sibling, and continues the game, thank God.

His father was sleeping; he went to the closet, took a blanket, and covered him.

Thank you, may God bless you.

Doctor, healing is from our Lord; you are the means.

Thank you so much, may God grant you health.

RIDVAN K.

The response time is much more reasoned, and some obsessions have shortened. He is more understanding.

His empathy ability has increased.

Meaningful play with peers has increased.

His teachers reported that his participation in lessons has increased.

There is a significant improvement in continuing games and completing courses.

He is more interested in his surroundings.

His teachers mentioned that his participation in lessons and meaningful play with peers have increased.

His attachment to routines continues, but when routines are disrupted, he does not go into crisis.

Physically, weight gain is minimal, but his height is increasing.

His stool and gas had a bad odor before, but now they are better.

Good night, Doctor, once again, thank you.

DUYGU K.

Good morning, Doctor. The notes we took while talking with you are lost; we cannot find them.
You had said we would use it for 6 months and take a one-week break, it was Oti-VAC, right?

By the way, there are nice changes in …… , Doctor.

He said “mom” twice, pointed with his finger to show what he wanted, and there was a significant opening in perception.
Now he follows the commands we give much better, more consciously.

In the last two weeks, his teachers at school have also said they see good improvements.

Thank you very much, Doctor, we are so glad to have met you!

MEHMET K.

His vocabulary has increased; he is trying to say the letter “e,” which he previously could not pronounce.

His perception is open, and he has started using his intelligence.

He follows commands.

Doctor, we have noticed positive changes.

Hopefully, we will get even better results.

IRIS B.

Good morning Dr, how are you? Hope your well.

I have finished 2 months of the detox for Harvey and have lots of tablets left.
Is there any harm of continuing the detox for another 2 months as I believe it
has had a positive effect on him to get rid of toxins.

Thank you

Irıs B

This is another achievement last week at school. At only 4 year old he has started
to write sentences himself.

Congratulations to our Handwriting Hero…..

Congratulations to our Weekly Handwriting Hero, ……!

….. has been working exceptionally hard to form his letters correctly and making an
effort to sit them on the line. He is beginning to do this with independence
and we know this will continue to flourish with his determination to achieve! I
was especially proud to watch ….. use the correct digraphs when segmenting and
blending a sentence about volcanoes independently.

We love watching you grow …..

Hello, Doctor Recep,

Our first appointment with you for (…) was in March 2023.

We came to you with severe gas, constipation, stomach pain, and behavioral issues.

We had been dealing with these problems for almost a year. My daughter had even started hitting me out of pain. She also had periodic screaming episodes.

Believe me, we had even kept a log of her screaming episodes.

We consulted both the medical faculty and the city hospital.

A CT scan with contrast was done. They said there were no masses in her organs, no appendicitis. A gastroenterologist performed enemas, and we went through this process multiple times.

Regarding probiotics, they simply told us to use whichever one was the most affordable.

Finally, a child psychiatrist prescribed medication. We used it with a gradual dose increase for three months, but it led to other issues. My child became drowsy and stared blankly. The pain and screaming continued. Eventually, the doctor discontinued the medication, saying, “This child’s problem is with the intestines.”

Then, we started your treatment. May Allah bless you a thousand times over.

We followed your prescription and diet for 4 months, then another 4 months.

Results:

  • No more medication.
  • The screaming stopped.
  • Stomach pain, constipation, and bloating disappeared.
  • She lost 5 kg.
  • She now has bowel movements at least once a day, sometimes up to three times.
  • Her perception has improved.
  • Her gaze is clearer, like glass.
  • She responds to me during playtime.
  • She is a much happier child and always smiling.
  • Her voice has become a bit stronger. Previously, she spoke while exhaling, so we couldn’t understand her.
  • Now, she speaks more clearly.
  • When I call her from another room, she runs to me.
  • We can now go out to eat. She loves going for walks and enjoys the fresh air.

I sincerely thank you so much.

Best regards.

Hello Doctor,

I hope you had a blessed Eid.

Her food consumption has increased.

She now has a sense of taste she has started eating things like salad.

For the first time, she showed a sense of smell.

When I hugged her after smoking, she pushed me away, turned her head, and said, “It smells.”

Her anxiety is completely gone. She’s a happy girl now.

Her perception has definitely improved. She plugs in the phone charger, brings the remote, and even clears the plates and puts them in the sink.

It also feels like her speech has increased.
We were on the train, I was knitting, and she was looking outside. She held my hand and said, “Don’t knit.”
I asked, “What should I do?” She said, “Talk… Talk…”

During Eid, we went out for breakfast as a family she didn’t cause any problems at all.

May God bless you.

ALI S.

We slept for 12 hours.

He is a little calmer.

His speech increased a little bit.

First we had problems at school, he was quite angry, then his anger decreased.

He is more harmonious.

There are meaningful reactions

He said “get well soon” to his grandmother when she was sick.

AYSE C.

Please excuse me but there was a very bad smell in her stool because she was constipated, its color was very dark, now the smell has decreased a lot.

There was an increase in her word count.

She stopped eating packaged food.

The swelling in her belly has gone down.

CIGDEM G.

Hello Doctor.

She is very happy, she constantly comes and kisses me.

She started to be interested in approaching her peers.

She used to have no interest in animals, now she says “woof woof” to cats and dogs on the street and gets scared.

He has calmed down more during the day.

His special education teachers also say there is an improvement.

EMINE T.

Her perception has opened up more.

She has started to take responsibility in daily life.

She listens more carefully when we talk.

AYSUN O.

Hello, how are you?

We haven’t seen each other for a long time, but everything is fine.

We are getting very good results from Dr. Recep’s treatment.

See you soon,

With love.

BILGE K.

She was a child who ate only one type of food, our food options have increased, she explains what she wants and doesn’t want very easily. She tells what is going on at school. When I asked questions about school before, I couldn’t get an answer. She couldn’t express it. But she expresses herself very well. We tried many things. But we did not see a positive effect so quickly. If we have seen such a positive effect during this period, I think it will be even better. I also trust it a lot because it is a completely natural treatment.

Her biggest identity, her aggressiveness, is gone. Her habit of rejection is gone. She would want whatever she says to happen, and now when she wants something, I tell her whether it will happen or not, she understands, gives a positive response, and realizes everything. She now participates in something that happens in the environment and responds herself. She expresses her own opinion by saying, “Mom, I have an idea, let it be like this, let it be like that”. We have become very, very good, we’re very thankful.
