In recent years, numerous studies and examinations have been conducted in valuable research centers and important medical faculties located in many countries around the world regarding the Microbiota-Gut-Brain Axis (MGBA). Hundreds and thousands of results obtained from these studies have been published as both review articles and research papers in highly esteemed journals.

In these studies, the following results have been summarized and emphasized.

1. A bidirectional interaction and medical communication between the human gut microbiota and the brain has been identified through established pathways.

2. It has been reported that disturbances in the content and functions of the gut microbiota play a role or trigger the onset of medical problems and disorders in both the gut and the brain, as well as in many systems of the human body.

3. It has been emphasized that the protection or acquisition of the human gut microbiota and gut health plays very important and critical roles in maintaining health and/or improving diseases, and that they are part of the improvement mechanisms.
