Genetics is generally understood. So what is epigenetics?

The different expressions of the same genetic codes are called epigenetics. The same genes may have different expressions in the same person, at different times, or the same gene codes may have different expressions in different people.

Many factors trigger epigenetic changes. In particular, changes in the microorganisms that make up the microbiota content are sufficient to trigger and initiate balance disorders and epigenetic changes. Two conclusions can be drawn from here;

1. Genetics is not destiny.
2. Genetic expressions and epigenetic changes can be triggered by microbiota imbalances in a negative sense, but at the same time, positive results can be obtained in genetic expressions and epigenetic changes by restoring the microbiota balance and regulating the microbiota. Their direct relationships with genetic expressions and positive epigenetic changes are known.
