In the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Chicago and Rosalind Franklin University Medical Center, by the end of 2023, as a result of an antioxidant treatment protocol applied to children of different age groups to reduce behavioral disorders (irritability, lethargy, stereotypic behavior, and hyperactivity) and speech disorders seen in children diagnosed with autism; it was determined that there was a reduction in all problematic behaviors to varying degrees, with the highest improvement observed in hyperactivity disorder.
